We are delighted to announce that Jed Rose will be supporting Mast. as the first member of our advisory board. As a Venture Partner with Antler, he has worked with Mast. since its inception and he will continue to bring his invaluable experience and insight to the team, particularly around client acquisition, technical architecture and strategy.

Jed is a serial entrepreneur and venture capitalist with an award-winning track record for leading, advising, and investing in startups to help them realise their full potential. He serves as a Venture Partner at Antler and is the GM of EMEA at Airwallex.

Antler is a global early-stage VC that enables and invests in the defining companies of tomorrow. At Antler, he is enabling founders and investing in the top 1% of more than 50,000 entrepreneurs and ideas evaluated every year.

Airwallex is a fintech unicorn that is changing the way that businesses operate worldwide, by providing them with scalable financial infrastructure, that can be incorporated into their existing technology stack. At Airwallex, he is helping to revolutionise the way organisations operate within the region - and beyond - and leading the team through a period of high growth.

Prior to Antler and Airwallex, Jed served as CEO of Paymentsense, a payment services provider which processes more than £10bn of sales annually and was recognised by Tech Track 100 over three consecutive years as one of the fastest growing start-ups in the UK and Europe. During his time there, he led the business through a period of rapid growth in value creation, with EBITDA growing from breakeven to £24m in just three years, and to an exit.

Commenting on the announcement, Mast. CEO Joy Abisaab said: "Jed has been very helpful and instrumental to the team since day one. His wealth of knowledge as, both an investor and a seasoned fintech CEO will add tremendous value to Mast. We are very excited to continue working with him as a member of our Advisory Board.”

Jed Rose added: “As a Venture Partner with Antler, we look to back the most promising businesses in the world. The Mast. team has consistently impressed us from the beginning when it was just an idea prior to our investment. We continue to believe that the mortgage lending sector is ripe for disruption and the Mast team has built a service that the entire industry can benefit from. I am looking forward to continuing to advise them as they enter their next stage of growth.”
